Part of my creative process involves envisioning the scenes I set out to write and doing my best to sketch an accurate representation of them; whether in storyboard form, or picking out the finer details by drawing a character or environment from my imagination.

This comes off better in some examples and worse in others, but largely whatever the state of the drawing once completed, it gives me a better idea of what I am trying to do with the character or story (even if that is just highlighting what I don’t  want them to do, wear, say or be.

I’ve grouped the concepts by the project they are associated with, some of which have unfortunately fallen by the wayside but are no less useful in inspiring me with future ideas.

You may notice a fantasy/sci-fi theme: mainly as a result of the real world being inspiration enough for contemporary pieces.
